Nevada is one of many "Shall Issue" states. This means any law abiding resident OR non resident, if qualified, "shall be issued" a permit to carry a concealed firearm in the State of Nevada!

It's easy to qualify for a permit if you are:

1) 21 years of age or older

2) Not a convicted felon

3) Have no convictions of any kind
 related to domestic violence

4) Not addicted to or an abuser of narcotics and/or controlled substances

5) Have never been institutionalized or adjudicated as mentally incompetent

6) Complete the required training as prescribed

7) Complete the application & get fingerprinted
